Robbie is De-Lovely wedding singer
Robbie Williams is cast as the wedding singer in the movie De-Lovely, the story of legendary composer Cole Porter. The films depicts Cole Porter looking back on his life as if it was a big Hollywood production where his family and friends are the actors. Some of his famous hits are included such as Night And Day and Anything Goes.
Williams Knebworth gig a massive hit
For anyone who watched Robbie Williams live from Knebworth this item is not news for you. The charisma of the lad from Stoke On Trent carried him through this record-breaking live performance to 375,000 fans. The Robster is not shy at showing his vulnerable side as witnessed by his introduction to his last single Feel. No Brits for Robbie in 2004
Don't expect to see Robbie collecting any prizes at this year's Brit Awards which will be held at Earls Court on Feb 17th. He's not picked up a single nomination for the 2004 awards because Escapology was released in 2002 (seems like only yesterday doesn't it) and because his 2003 release 'Live at Knebworth' doesn't qualify by virtue of it being live.
Votes in for Hello's Most Attractive poll
Hello magazine have named Indian actress Aishwarya Rai as Most Attractive Woman of last year. Coming in 6th and 7th places were actress Angelina Jolie and Latin singer Shakira. Angelina Jolie also made 7th place in the Most Elegant Woman category. Orlando Bloom was named most attractive man with Will Young making 4th place and Robbie Williams at no 12.
Robbie parties in Spain
The Serrano 41 club in Madrid was buzzing with celebrities recently when Michael Selgado had his birthday bash. Present were team mate David Beckham minus Victoria who was back in London, and Robbie Williams joined the party after performing a concert elsewhere in the city.
